How to: Preview Detail Trial Balance with additional data
According to Croatian Accounting Law from 01.01.2016 every transaction that is posted in G/L Register needs to have Posting Responsible person and Posting Approver.
Functionality is enabled when extension is installed.
Setup Approver and Responsible Person
- Open General Ledger Setup window.
- Go to General FastTab.
- Choose Global Posting Approver.
- Choose Global Posting Responsible Person.
Print Detail Trial Balance report
- Go to Chart of Accounts.
- Choose Detail Trial Balance Extended report on Report section.
- Enter filters.
- Preview or Print report.
